Studio GUIDELINES
The house rules - here to keep the good vibes flowing.
-
Come 10 minutes before class to have time to get familiar with the studio, meet your teacher and have a rundown of the reformer you will use during class.
Please leave all personal belongings in the lockers (apart from drink bottle + towel).
Our teachers will support you throughout the class and give you options. You're empowered and encouraged to make your own movement choices.
Please note you will need grippy pilates socks for reformer sessions.

Arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in.
Once class begins, the door locks to protect the vibe and the experience - late comers will be unable to join and the session will be forfeited as a No Show.Any empty reformers at start time may be passed on to our waitlist crew or walk-ins.
Be sure to check in with your teacher at reception before class so they can mark you as attending. Like school, but cooler.
-
Refunds for change of mind, unused or expired sessions, studio closure due to lockdown, or any circumstance unforeseen by or external to the business will not be granted, in line with UK consumer law.
Sessions cannot be transferred to another person. All community members must hold their own account (for safety and insurance purposes) and purchase their own sessions.
-
We are an inclusive, conscious community that welcomes everyone -including self identifying gay, lesbian, bi, queer, non binary, trans and gender fluid people, people of colour, older people and disabled people.
Every mover has the right to feel safe, respected and free to be themselves. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or oppressive behaviour of any kind. Our space is free from judgement, assumption and shame.
Anyone acting against this code will be asked to leave the studio. Their remaining sessions will be refunded and their account closed.
