By attending classes at Her.Space, I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own personal belongings and understand that the studio cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of items brought into the space.
I understand that Pilates and other fitness classes can be physically demanding and that participation involves inherent risks. I choose to take part voluntarily and with full awareness that there is a possibility of injury, illness, property loss, or other harm.
I agree that neither I, nor my heirs, representatives, or assigns, will make any claim against Her.Space, its owners, instructors, or staff for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from my participation in classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Her.Space does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. If any personal property is lost or stolen while on the premises, this should be reported to a member of the Her.Space team as soon as possible.
