You’ll move through push, pull, press and hold sequences that challenge your stability and endurance while sharpening your technique. It’s progressive, empowering and designed to help you feel strong in your body ..not overwhelmed by it.

This class is best enjoyed once you’ve done a few reformer sessions and feel comfortable with the basics.

If you know your footwork, can hold a plank with control and feel confident setting up springs, you’re ready.

Wild Moves is our reformer x mat circuit class - built for power, pace and feel good fire.

You’ll move through timed stations on and off the reformer. A blend of strength, core work and athletic conditioning. Expect higher reps, stronger springs, bodyweight bursts and minimal rest that keeps your heart rate lifted and your energy high.

This is less slow flow, more strong flow.

Mini Moves postnatal Reformer is your space to ease back into movement after pregnancy - with your baby right there beside you. This postnatal class focuses on rebuilding strength from the inside out, reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor, and moving in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

Expect slow, intentional sequences, simple transitions and plenty of time to breathe, reset and check in with your body. This isn’t about pushing - it’s about feeling safe, steady and gradually stronger with each session.

Your baby is very welcome to stay close by your side while you move. To keep the space calm and safe, this class is strictly for pre-crawlers only (non-mobile babies). Please bring something for your baby to rest in - a car seat, bouncer or mat works perfectly.
