This class is best enjoyed once you’ve done a few reformer sessions and feel comfortable with the basics.

You’ll move through timed stations on and off the reformer. A blend of strength, core work and athletic conditioning. Expect higher reps, stronger springs, bodyweight bursts and minimal rest that keeps your heart rate lifted and your energy high.
This is less slow flow, more strong flow.
