  • First things first - welcome to the club! We want you to feel comfy and confident here, no matter your experience or ability.

    To help you settle in, we offer three levels of reformer classes, so there’s something for everyone.

    Not sure where to start? We recommend jumping into our feel-good, smooth-moves classes to find your flow.

    Our super smart teachers will be there to guide you along the way (not hovering the whole time ..Promise!), making sure you feel safe, supported, and having fun.

    And remember: there’s no rush. You’re always welcome to move at your own pace, and exercises can be easily modified. Move with your mood  - it’s always the right choice.

  • → Arrive 10 mins before class start time

    → Wear something stretchy and comfortable (but has no zips or spikes)

    → Grippy socks essential( We have some to buy - new obsession unlocked)

    → BYO (water bottle, that is). We have water available but don’t currently supply cups.

    → Bring a towel

    → Try to avoid a massive meal 1.5 hours before class.

    → YES to changing area and WC on site, N/A to showers.

  • Firstly, congrats!

    We’re not running dedicated pre or post-natal classes just yet. If you’re pregnant, please email us before booking so we can talk through what feels right for you.

    Some classes, particularly the higher intensity formats, won’t be suitable during pregnancy.

    Pre- and post-natal offerings are coming soon, hold tight..

  • We love a good sweat, but if you’re dealing with cold or flu symptoms, please sit this one out until you’re feeling better. Swap class for lemon & honey. your body (and everyone else’s) will thank you.

    If you’re not feeling 100% in any way, staying home is always the better option. Ideally in bed, binge watching naughties feel good films.

    Got an injury?

    Please make sure you’ve been cleared by your healthcare professional before coming to class.

    If there’s something else going on with your body - pregnancy, recovery, or anything that might need extra care  - let your teacher know. We’re always happy to offer a little extra love and care into your practice.

    Above all, listen to your body and never be afraid to speak up (on or off the mat).

  • Got stuck at work? The sniffles sneaking up on you? Plans changing last minute? It happens. If you need to cancel, please do so through our website or the Mindbody app.

    We can’t take cancellations via email, phone, or socials.

    If you cancel more than 12 hours before class, you’ll get a refund or your credit back to use another time. Cancelling with less than 12 hours means the class will be counted as used (not ideal, but it keeps things fair for everyone).

    Our cancellation policy helps make sure spots are shared fairly across our community. Thanks for being a considerate studio human and helping us keep things running smoothly - we appreciate you!

  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class will get the session back.

    Late Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will forfeit the session.

    No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session.

  • Classes can fill up quickly (we like to keep things cosy!), so if your chosen class is full, jump on the waitlist.

    If someone cancels, the system will automatically add you to the class you’ll be notified by email - because we’re optimistic like that!

    Please make sure your email notifications are switched on. If you’ve opted out, you won’t receive updates (including notification of being added from the waitlist), so it’s important to check your booking status in your account.

    A quick heads-up: our cancellation policy applies to waitlisted classes too. If you’re added to a class and then late-cancel (within 6 hours of the start time), you’ll forfeit the session as if you attended, and a late fee may apply.

    If you know you can’t make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist so someone else can move up.

    Hot tip: Always join the waitlist! You’ll most likely get in. And to avoid disappointment, booking your classes early is always a good shout.
