Mini Moves is a small-group mat Pilates class designed for pre and postnatal bodies with space for your baby to be there too.

This movement is for you.
Your baby can nap, wiggle, coo or have a moment. You can pause to feed, cuddle or reset whenever you need.

Max 4 mums per class so it stays calm, supportive and enjoyable.

No bounce back pressure. No judgement. Just good movement in good company.
